The SIC – services for businesses and citizens
manages real estate, residential, commercial, industrial, artisanal and agricultural products, with the drafting of business plans and monthly statements. His legal representative Mario Ottavio Mazzocca attended A.N.A.C.I.’s apartment block administrator courses, he is a F.I.A.P. real estate agent and he attended seminars on real estate taxation arrangements.
